Role Summary: Responsible for managing data, generating MIS reports, and providing insights to support business decisions across sales and marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
- Analyze sales, marketing, and performance data
- Create and maintain dashboards (KPIs, targets vs. achievement)
- Ensure data accuracy, cleaning, and validation
- Support ad-hoc reporting and business analysis
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Track orders, sales performance, and business metrics
Skills Required:
- Robust Excel & SQL knowledge
- Specific tools (Power BI / Tableau)
- Data analysis & reporting expertise
- Dashboard creation & automation
- Good analytical and communication skills
