Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent chance for fresh graduates who are passionate about recruitment and human resources. The selected candidate will be trained on the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment tracker/ATS.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and offer status.
- Support the onboarding process by collecting required documents.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Willingness to learn recruitment processes and HR practices.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to achieve targets.
