Role & responsibilities :

Design and optimize stable suspension concentrates (SC) and flowable fertilizers using micronized oxide-based raw materials.

Apply Surfactant Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of adjuvants, wetting agents, and dispersants from prior industry experience to solve complex stability issues like sedimentation, syneresis, and agglomeration.

Characterize Formulations: Conduct rigorous physical-chemical testing, including particle size analysis, rheology profiling, zeta potential measurement, and accelerated storage stability testing.

Collaborate on Scaling: Transfer lab-scale formulation protocols to pilot and full-scale commercial manufacturing plants, ensuring consistency in product quality and milling efficiency.Technical Troubleshooting: Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve product performance issues in the field and evaluate current, sustainable surfactant technologies.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering

Experience : 3- 5 years
