Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and people-centric HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The role will partner closely with business leaders to drive people initiatives, enhance employee experience, strengthen performance and talent management, and ensure effective implementation of HR policies and practices. The ideal candidate should possess strong stakeholder management skills, business acumen, and a passion for building a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Business Partnering

- Act as the primary HR partner for assigned business functions.
- Build robust relationships with business leaders to understand workforce needs and support business objectives.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
- Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Support workforce planning and organizational changes in partnership with business leaders.
- Drive employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmation, internal movements, and exit management.
- Resolve employee grievances and manage disciplinary matters while maintaining a positive work environment.

2. Talent Management

- Drive the performance management process, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, and continuous feedback.
- Partner with managers to identify high-potential employees and support succession planning initiatives.
- Facilitate Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and career development discussions.
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to identify capability gaps and recommend appropriate learning interventions.
- Monitor employee engagement, retention, and productivity,



and implement action plans to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Analyze attrition trends, employee feedback, and HR metrics to recommend improvement initiatives.

3. Employee Engagement & Culture

- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives aligned with organizational values.
- Support leadership in fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture.
- Drive employee recognition, wellness, and culture-building initiatives.
- Conduct employee pulse checks and engagement surveys, ensuring timely action on feedback.

4. HR Analytics & Compliance

- Prepare and analyze HR dashboards and reports related to attrition, headcount, engagement, performance, and other people metrics.
- Provide data-driven insights to business leaders for informed decision-making.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR MIS and reporting.

Preferred Profile

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 3-8 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a dynamic organization.
