Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our Physician Staffing business in the US market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new healthcare clients, building relationships with hospitals and medical facilities, understanding physician staffing requirements, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Build relationships with hospitals, health systems, clinics, medical groups, and other healthcare organizations across the US.
- Identify physician staffing requirements, including Locum Tenens, Permanent Placement, and other provider staffing needs.
- Schedule meetings with decision-makers, including HR, Talent Acquisition teams, Medical Staff Offices, and Physician Recruitment departments.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements with clients.




- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of qualified physicians and advanced practice providers.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM with client interactions.
- Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on US healthcare staffing trends and market demands.

Required Skills

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in US Healthcare Staffing or Physician Staffing Business Development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and client acquisition.
- Understanding of physician staffing, healthcare recruitment, or medical staffing is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and during the US Night Shift.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
