- 5+ years progressive experience as part of a skilled services organization; or equivalent education/experience
- 2+ years of ServiceNow experience
- Experience working collaboratively
- Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred
- Requirement Gathering, Process Design, UAT, documentation, Stakeholder Management, ServiceNow Process Consulting, agile.
