Role & responsibilities

1. Full Stack Development

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using Laravel (PHP) as the primary backend framework.
- Build modern, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces using React.js, Vue.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Develop backend services and microservices using PHP, Node.js, and Python where appropriate.
- Design scalable application architecture following modern software design principles and best practices.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, maintainability, and security.

2. AI & Intelligent Applications

- Build AI-enabled features using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI platforms.
- Integrate AI APIs into business applications for automation, intelligent search, summarization, document processing, and workflow enhancement.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and embeddings where applicable.
- Develop prompt engineering strategies and AI workflows to improve response quality and business outcomes.
- Work closely with product teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and productivity improvements.

3. API & Integration Development

- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, authentication providers, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
- Ensure secure API development with proper authentication, authorization, logging, and error handling.
- Build scalable integrations between internal systems and external platforms.

4. Database & Cloud

- Design and optimize relational database schemas using MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- Write optimized SQL queries and implement database indexing strategies.
- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS,



Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Manage application deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized environments where applicable.

5. Technical Leadership

- Participate in solution architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and best engineering practices.
- Drive coding standards, documentation, testing, and maintainable software development practices.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, QA Engineers, Designers, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
- Contribute to sprint planning, effort estimation, and technical roadmap discussions.

6. Performance & Quality

- Ensure application reliability, performance, scalability, and security.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement preventive improvements.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and application monitoring.
- Write clean, reusable, well-documented, and testable code following industry best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

- 78 years of experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Robust expertise in PHP and Laravel Framework.
- Strong experience with React.js and/or Vue.js.
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Experience with Node.js and Python for backend development.
- Strong experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Expertise in MySQL and PostgreSQL database design and optimization.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI models such as OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLMs into production applications.
- Understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflow design.
- Experience with AI APIs and model integration.
- Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector databases (such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, or FAISS) is highly preferred.
