Responsibilities

- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements across Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, and SRE domains.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and qualified networks.
- Screen profiles and conduct initial assessments to evaluate technical expertise and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche technology roles across various skill sets.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Track hiring metrics and maintain recruitment reports to support business objectives.

Requirements




- Strong understanding of technology hiring across Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, and SRE domains.
- Familiarity with technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Java, Python, .NET, and related technology stacks.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and Indeed.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple technical requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in IT / Technical Recruitment is mandatory.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate relationship management skills.
- Proactive, organized, and result-oriented with a passion for technology hiring.
