- Design and develop robust, scalable backend services and RESTful/GraphQL APIs using Node.js

- Build and maintain microservices-based architectures ensuring loose coupling, high cohesion, and independent deployability

implement real-time communication features using WebSockets / Socket.io for live data, notifications, and cooperative features

- Build responsive and performant frontend interfaces using modern frameworks such as React.js / Next.js / Vue.js

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, DevOps, and QA

- Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and code reviews

- Integrate third-party services, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
- - Ensure application performance, scalability, and security across all layers

- Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems

- Participate in Agile ceremonies sprint planning, standups, retrospectives

Backend:





2+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js (Express.js / Fastify / NestJS)

Strong understanding of RESTful API design and GraphQL

Proven experience designing and working with Microservices Architecture service
decomposition, inter-service communication (REST, gRPC, message brokers)

Hands-on experience with WebSockets / Socket.io for building real-time, event-
driven applications

Experience with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ for async microservices
communication

Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL) and NoSQL databases
(MongoDB / Redis)

Familiarity with ORM/ODM libraries (Sequelize, Prisma, Mongoose)

Knowledge of authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth2, Session Management)

Frontend:

Proficiency in React.js or equivalent modern frontend framework

Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript

Experience with state management tools (Redux, Zustand, Context API)

Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
