4. AI Adoption: Lead the adoption of AI in QE, including the integration of GitHub Co-Pilot and Generative AI tools to accelerate the testing lifecycle.
5. DevSecOps Excellence: Collaborate with DevOps to ensure seamless integration of automation suites into the CI/CD pipeline.
Stakeholder & Project Management
1. Executive Collaboration: Work closely with the QE Head, Product Owners, and Lead Developers to ensure alignment on release timelines and quality gates.
2. Defect Management: Lead cross-functional Defect Triage meetings and ensure timely resolution of production-critical issues.
3. Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks related to quality and provide mitigation plans to executive leadership.

2. Management & Governance: JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr, Rational Quality Manager.
3. Cloud/API: GCP Logs, Postman, API Gateway security.
