Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive Accounts Payable to manage employee
reimbursements and corporate credit card expenses. The role involves processing claims,
ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining accurate records, and supporting day-
to-day Accounts Payable operations.

Key Responsibilities
Process employee reimbursement claims accurately and on time.
Verify claims as per company policies and supporting documents.
Reconcile corporate credit card statements with submitted expenses.
Resolve discrepancies by coordinating with employees and internal teams.
Maintain accurate records and support month-end closing activities.




Ensure compliance with internal controls and finance policies.
Assist during audits by providing necessary documentation.

Qualications
B.Com or Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting.
2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.
Freshers with robust accounting knowledge can also apply.

Required Skills
Basic understanding of Accounts Payable and accounting principles.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage tasks within deadlines.
