What your main responsibilities are:

Subject Matter Expert and Consultations:

- Build and scale engineering tools that improve productivity, reduce manual effort, and standardize repeatable workflows across teams.
- Lead teams responsible for building and operating scalable data platforms, engineered tools, and web applications that power decision support, automation, and operational workflows. This role blends data engineering leadership, full-stack / web application development, and product-minded tool development to enable high-quality, secure, and reliable data-driven experiences across global stakeholders.
- Identify recurring pain points and deliver innovative solutions that enhance team effectiveness and operational excellence.
- Lead the development of secure, scalable web applications supporting operational workflows, approvals, dashboards, and decision-support experiences.
- Partner with UX, product, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into maintainable web solutions with strong user experience.
- Drive automation across data and application workflows using orchestration, infrastructure-as-code, and event-driven patterns.

Critical Skill set:

- Lead teams across Data Engineering, Tooling, and Web App Developmentpotentially across multiple locations and time zones.
- Deliver high-quality, scalable engineering solutions with measurable improvements in reliability, cycle time, cost, and user satisfaction
- Ensure Compliance Requirements are adhered:
- Acts with fiscal responsibility in all aspects of the job,



agreed parameters & in compliance with all relevant regulatory & legislative requirements of the division and FedEx standard processes.
- Handson experience in developing and deploying applications using Python, including building APIs, automating workflows, and integrating with Azure services
- Demonstrated strong understanding of system / tool transformation capabilities, automation capabilities such as RPA, etc
