Job Introduction / Roles & Responsibilities

As a Security Field Officer at B4S Solutions Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating security operations across one or more construction sites within your assigned area. Your role involves supervising security guards, conducting site security audits, ensuring compliance with client and company protocols, and acting as the first point of contact for any security-related incidents in the field.

- Supervise and coordinate deployed security guards across assigned sites
- Conduct regular field visits/inspections to check guard punctuality, alertness, uniform compliance, and post discipline
- Ensure entry/exit protocols, visitor logs, and vehicle checks are being properly followed at each site
- Investigate and document security incidents (theft, trespassing, accidents, disputes) and escalate to management
- Coordinate with site supervisors, clients, and local police (where required) on security matters
- Ensure HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) protocols and site-specific security SOPs are being enforced
- Conduct surprise checks and CCTV audits (where installed) across sites
- Train, guide,



and mentor security guards on duty procedures and emergency response
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly field inspection reports and incident reports to management
- Ensure adequate guard deployment/coverage across shifts; report manpower shortages promptly
- Respond to and manage on-ground emergencies (fire, accident, theft, unauthorized entry) at any assigned site

Ideal Candidate

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Minimum height: 5'7" for men
- Age: 2145
- Prior experience as a Security Supervisor/Officer required; ex-servicemen strongly preferred
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel between sites
- Robust communication skills; able to liaise with site management, clients, and police
- Physically fit, comfortable working outdoors and traveling across multiple construction sites
