Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage daily activities in office, including material procurement, labor management, and equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure accurate documentation of site records, reports, and correspondence.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in civil engineering (civil site engineering).
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil.
- Strong knowledge of road construction methods and materials.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) for report preparation. ERP prefered.
