Role & responsibilities

- Visit manufacturing companies, OEMs, and channel partners across the assigned territory.
- Identify machining, workholding, fixturing, and probing opportunities at customer sites.
- Build relationships with Production, Manufacturing, Process, and Purchase teams.
- Understand customer applications and collect component drawings and machining details.
- Coordinate with the internal Design & Application team to develop technical solutions.
- Prepare and present technical proposals to customers.
- Follow up on quotations, trials, and ongoing projects.
- Develop existing customer accounts through cross-selling and horizontal deployment.
- Maintain customer visit reports, opportunity pipeline, and weekly activity updates.
- Work closely with senior management for commercial discussions and order closure.





Preferred candidate profile

- 35 years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing solutions.
- Good understanding of CNC machining, workholding, jig & fixture concepts, or cutting tools.
- Experience interacting with manufacturing, production, or process engineers.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand machining applications.
- Solid customer relationship and communication skills.
- Experience in business development, technical support, or application engineering is preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
