Role & responsibilities : Handle inbound and outbound customer calls. Assist customers with loan-related queries and financial services.

Provide accurate information about Toyota Finance products and services.

Maintain customer records and update details in the system. Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution. Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality.
