We are seeking a proactive, client-focused skilled to drive the adoption, governance, and business impact of our AI and automation solutions across banking engagements, including Investment Banking, Lending, and Global Markets. The role will focus on solutions supporting research, analytics, and operations workflows.

Acting as a primary interface between client teams, delivery stakeholders, and internal technology teams, you will provide a "Silk Glove Treatment (SGT)" experience to clients by understanding their workflows, pain points, and business objectives, identifying opportunities to leverage AI and automation, and ensuring that solutions built on our proprietary Agent Fleet Platform and Agent Fleet Assistant deliver tangible business impact.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, consultative problem-solving, program governance, product thinking, data-driven decision making, and the ability to drive adoption at scale.

Key Responsibilities -

- Act as the primary point of contact for client governance and provide a high-touch "Silk Glove Treatment (SGT)" experience to drive successful adoption of AI and automation solutions.
- Understand client workflows, operational challenges, and business objectives to identify opportunities for AI-driven productivity improvements and delivery efficiencies
- Assess use cases, recommend solutions leveraging the Agent Fleet Platform and Agent Fleet Assistant, and support deployment across internal and client user groups
- Gather, prioritize,



and translate client and delivery requirements into clear functional specifications, partnering with Acuitys Tech team and Delivery teams for implementation
- Drive user adoption, engagement, and change management activities to maximize solution utilization and business impact
- Monitor adoption, usage, productivity, and business outcome KPIs; analyze trends and recommend actions to improve value realization
- Establish and manage governance cadences with clients, including regular reviews of progress, feedback, enhancement opportunities, risks, and issue resolution
- Coordinate closely with Delivery, Technology (ASL), and other stakeholders to manage escalations, enhancements, fixes, and continuous improvements
- Lead implementation planning, stakeholder communication, and execution tracking to ensure timely and successful solution rollout
- Prepare and present executive-level reports, dashboards, and success stories highlighting adoption, business benefits, and overall client experience

Key competencies

- Post-Graduation in any stream (technology background preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Product Management including requirement assessment, solution building and implementation
- Experience in AI, automation, digital transformation, SaaS, or technology consulting roles with significant client-facing responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of Banking domain (commercial and investment banking)
- Passion to help find new technology solutions and drive operational efficiencies
- Strong stakeholder management, program governance, business analysis, and change management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver timely resolutions
- Proficiency in MS Office suite specially Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
