Beautician Cum Beauty Trainer Guwahati

Athenian Salon & Academy is urgently looking for an experienced and professional Beautician Cum Beauty Trainer for our Guwahati Academy. We are looking for someone with strong practical knowledge of beauty, skin and salon services who is also confident in teaching and demonstrating techniques to students.

Role & Responsibilities

- Conduct theory and practical classes for beauty and skincare students.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and supervise student practice.
- Train students in facials, clean-ups, skincare, waxing, threading, manicure, pedicure and other qualified beauty services.
- Teach correct product knowledge, consultation techniques, hygiene, sanitation and client handling.
- Prepare students according to professional salon and beauty-industry standards.
- Assess students regularly and identify areas where additional training is required.
- Maintain proper training schedules, attendance and student progress records.
- Ensure training rooms, tools, machines and products are maintained hygienically.
- Conduct live demonstrations on models whenever required.
- Guide students regarding professional grooming, communication and customer service.
- Support academy activities, workshops, demonstrations and promotional events.
- Perform professional beauty services when required and maintain high service standards.
- Work closely with academy and salon management to maintain training quality.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in beauty, skincare, salon or cosmetology.
- Previous experience as a Beauty Trainer / Beautician Trainer / Cosmetology Trainer / Beauty Faculty will be preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of facials, skincare treatments, waxing, threading, manicure and pedicure.
- Positive communication and demonstration skills.
- Confident in handling and training a group of students.
- Professional appearance, grooming and positive attitude.
- Ability to explain beauty concepts in a straightforward and practical manner.
- Beauty/cosmetology certification will be an advantage.
- Graduation is not mandatory.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
