We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales closures for our residential interior design business. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in client-facing sales, relationship management, and converting qualified leads into successful projects. Key Responsibilities
- Handle qualified leads and convert them into confirmed residential interior projects.
- Conduct client meetings, understand customer requirements, and present design and pricing solutions.
- Own the complete sales cycle from consultation to negotiation and deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure smooth project handover.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an updated sales pipeline in the CRM.
- Upsell and cross-sell services wherever applicable.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales, Closing, Client Acquisition, or Relationship Management.
- Experience in residential interiors, home dcor, real estate, modular kitchens, furniture, or luxury retail is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA is an added advantage).
