Role & responsibilities

About the Role: We're looking for an MI & Reporting Director to turn data into decisions. This is the deputy and successor role to the Head of MI & Reporting, so you'll need the depth to run the function today and the readiness to lead it tomorrow. You'll use AI and automation to modernise how reporting gets done, build dashboards that drive real business action, and translate complex data into plain language stakeholders can act on. You'll spend real time with the business, understanding what stakeholders do, the challenges they face, and how the right MI can help them see the wood through the trees.

Location: Gurugram, hybrid.

Key Skills We're Looking For:

1. AI & Automation for Reporting Use AI and other tools to automate reporting, freeing up time for analysis over production. Able to identify where automation adds the most value and implement it practically.

2. Data Storytelling & Commercial Impact Highly analytical, with the ability to turn numbers into a story that lands with any audience, technical or not. Dashboards and reporting that don't just inform but drive performance and profitability.

3. Stakeholder Engagement & Business Partnering A great listener who gets into the detail with stakeholders, understanding their world, their challenges, and where MI can genuinely help. Builds trust by being in the thick of it, not just reporting from the sidelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Significant experience in MI, Reporting, Business Intelligence, or Analytics,



with experience in or a genuine desire to move into people management. Minimum experience 6 years preferred.
- Proven track record building reporting frameworks and dashboards that have driven measurable business outcomes
- Strong hands-on experience with BI and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel) and AI tools for automation
- Strong working knowledge of Workday, including reporting in Workday
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insight for non-technical audiences
- Solid commercial acumen, with a clear line from MI output to performance and profitability
- Experience partnering closely with senior stakeholders across a business
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels • Ready to deputise for and eventually succeed the Head of MI & Reporting

Hybrid: two fixed days (Tuesday and Thursday) plus one floating day of your choice
