Position Summary

If you have a passion for data, analytical skills, the drive to extract insights from data, then this role may be ideal for you. This role is primarily focused on MS Excel-based Analytics, MIS (Management Information System) you will be responsible for analyzing data, generating Dashboards/Metrics/Reports helping the organization make informed choices based on data trends. It will also involve Data/Market Research, aiding the Internal team, providing support, assistance, enablement communication. This role holds critical responsibility to tie any loose ends cross collaborate between Teams, Employees, Team/ Function Mentors Founder.

Key Responsibilities

- Data Analysis: Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns insights.
- Report Generation, Dashboard Creation Development: Create data-driven reports visualizations for use in decision-making. Design build interactive dashboards to visualize key metrics performance indicators.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs provide analytical support.
- Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy reliability of data used in analysis.
- Tools Utilization:



Proficiency in using data analysis tools software (Advanced MS-Excel).
- Problem Solving: Apply data analysis to solve business challenges provide actionable recommendations.
- Communication: Clearly communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Data Management: Manage maintain data sets for ongoing analysis.
- Insights: Gathering meaningful insights from the collected/ available data information.

Qualification Skills

- Demonstrate strong analytical problem-solving skills
- High technical proficiency in data analysis tools software (Advanced MS-Excel (Must have), VBA - Visual Basic for Applications (Positive to have)
- Display data visualization ability to create compelling visual representations of data in dashboards
- Experience in designing building interactive dashboards for tracking key metrics
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams
- Meticulous attention to detail, data accuracy quality
- Ability to adapt to the dynamic working environment
