We are looking for an experienced AI Agent Engineer with a strong background in platform automation, cloud technologies, and operational engineering. This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven solutions that automate Digital Platform operational activities, including application patching, server restart orchestration, validation checks, runbook execution, monitoring, and operational support workflows. Key requirements include: Hands-on experience building AI agents and automation solutions using Claude and Microsoft Copilot Experience leveraging AI to automate operational and engineering processes Working knowledge of AWS or GCP Experience with APIs, scripting, automation, platform engineering, or infrastructure operations Strong understanding of enterprise operational controls, security, and production support processes Solid experience in platform engineering,



including infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring. Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java) Experience with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills in the areas of AWS, Terraform, UNIX, Networking, DMZ, Firewalls, J2EE, WAF and Web and Application Servers. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks. Prepare and update documentation as appropriate. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information system, or other technical discipline. Education: Bachelors Degree
