Full time role. 24 days a month, working on-site. No work from home Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad.

Roles and Responsibilities:

This person will be responsible to handle proper packaging of our products as per the company set process. Our products are high-end, expensive, complex and fragile so the person must have physical and emotional ability to handle such products. The primary responsibility will include:

Product Packaging:

1. Foam Cutting: Cut the foam using the foam cutting jigs and tools different for different products and/or box sizes.
2. Product packaging: Pack product carefully as per specific procedure of a particular product. Care must be taken to ensure that there are no damage to the product during packaging and there is no risk of damage in transit.
3. Inclusion of accessories and documents: Include separate accessories and documents/goodies appropriate for the product, as per the provided checklist.
Shipment Packaging:
4. Cross-check fulfilment against the packaging slip before packaging for shipping
5. Box items in designated shipping boxes as per size of the final shipment and utilizing appropriate protection.
6. Sealing and securing shipping boxes as per the process
7. Creating GST bills, shipping labels, customs specific documents as per business and regulatory requirements.
8. Applying shipping labels and securing necessary shipping and customs documents
9. Coordinating with courier for pickup and/or drop items at the shipper as per need.
10. Optimise shipping cost by packaging appropriate amount of items in a given box that provides enough protection, yet doesn t cost extra money to the firm.

Qualification Required:

1. 1 3 years of experience in high end, fragile product packaging.
2.



Experience in packaging fine art displays, glassware and collectables is highly desirable.
3. Proven ability to work with basic packaging tools
4. Understanding box dimensions and how to optimize packaging space.
5. Knowledge of working with computers and courier portals
