Role & responsibilities :

This position would include the mentioned set of responsibilities but not limited to;

- Support implementation and enhancement of the ORM framework, policies and standards in line with regulatory expectations
- Drive risk identification, assessment, mitigation and monitoring across business units
- Develop and monitor KRIs/KCIs, including thresholds and escalation triggers
- Conduct risk-based reviews and assess control effectiveness across processes
- Oversee incident management, root cause analysis, and closure of audit/regulatory findings
- Manage the Operational Risk Register (ORR) and support governance reporting to senior management
- Perform operational risk stress testing and scenario analysis
- Support and coordinate Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and testing activities




- Drive vendor and outsourcing risk management, including assessments and periodic reviews
- Oversee operational loss data reporting and analysis
- Review and challenge SOPs/BOIs to identify control gaps and improvements
- Strengthen risk culture and stakeholder engagement across business units.

Applicants should possess the following attributes:

- Strong understanding of Operational Risk Management (ORM) frameworks and regulatory expectations
- Ability to analyze processes, identify operational risks, and evaluate controls
- Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
