Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, prepare, and test construction material samples (e.g., concrete, soil, bitumen, aggregates).
- Conduct standard laboratory and field tests such as slump tests, sieve analysis, compaction tests, moisture content, and compressive strength.
- Maintain accurate test records and prepare test reports for internal use and client submission.
- Calibrate and maintain testing equipment as per company and manufacturer standards.
- Assist in quality assurance and quality control procedures in office.
- Ensure safety protocols and lab standards are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to communicate test results and provide technical support.
- Maintain inventory of lab supplies and requisition materials as needed.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a construction material testing laboratory.
- Knowledge of ASTM, AASHTO, IS codes, or other relevant standards.
- Familiarity with laboratory testing equipment and procedures.
