Talent Acquisition Specialist | US- UK Accounting Hiring

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a proven track record of hiring US Accounting, UK Accounting, and Global Finance & Accounting professionals. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across accounting and finance functions while working with multiple hiring managers and meeting aggressive hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US, UK, and Global Finance & Accounting positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, referrals, and Boolean searches.
- Screen candidates for technical accounting skills, relevant software exposure, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Recruit for roles including Bookkeeper, Staff Accountant, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, R2R, O2C, P2P, Revenue Accountant, Payroll, Tax, Audit, Construction Accountant, Financial Analyst, and related accounting positions.
- Conduct recruiter screening interviews and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for recurring accounting and finance requirements.
- Use ATS platforms such as Zoho Recruit to manage candidate records and recruitment workflows.
- Track recruitment metrics including sourcing effectiveness, turnaround time, interview-to-offer ratio, offer acceptance, and joining ratio.




- Negotiate compensation, manage offer rollouts, and ensure successful onboarding.
- Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify passive candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and workforce planning.
- Continuously improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.

Recruitment Tools

Hands-on experience with one or more of the following is preferred:

- Naukri Recruiter / Resdex
- LinkedIn Recruiter / Recruiter Lite
- Zoho Recruit
- Indeed
- ATS Platforms
- Microsoft Excel

Experience with AI sourcing tools and recruitment automation platforms will be an added advantage.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.
- 38 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Proven experience hiring for Finance & Accounting roles, preferably US/UK accounting positions.
- Strong understanding of accounting job families, accounting software, and finance hiring trends.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri Recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and ATS platforms.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and recruitment reporting.
