Install, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot instrumentation and control systems.
Monitor and maintain field instruments such as pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters.
Handle control valves, sensors, switches, gauges, and other instrumentation equipment.
Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance of instruments.
Troubleshoot PLC, DCS, SCADA, and other process-control systems.
Ensure proper calibration and accuracy of all measuring instruments.
Read and interpret P&ID;, instrument datasheets, loop diagrams, and wiring diagrams.
Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, production, and maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.
Maintain records of calibration, maintenance activities, breakdowns, and spare parts.
Identify instrumentation faults and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Support installation and commissioning of current instrumentation and control systems.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
Manage instrumentation spares and coordinate with vendors when required.
Participate in shutdown, turnaround, and preventive maintenance activities.
Prepare maintenance reports and provide technical updates to management.
Ensure all instrumentation systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.
