Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Manual Engineer with hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of applications through comprehensive test planning, execution, defect management, and documentation.

Responsibilities

- Perform Manual Testing, including Functional, Regression, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Analyze business requirements and prepare detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test plans.
- Execute test cases, document results, and report defects effectively.
- Perform API Testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Create and maintain QA documentation, including:
- Test Plans & Test Strategy
- Test Cases & Execution Reports
- Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)
- Release Notes

- Conduct Database Testing and validate data using SQL queries.
- Track, manage, and verify defects using Jira or similar defect management tools.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure product quality.
- Participate in requirement reviews,



sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices.

Required Skills

- 2.5-3 years of experience in Manual Testing.
- Strong knowledge of Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT Testing.
- Hands-on experience with API Testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Valuable understanding of Database Testing and SQL queries.
- Experience creating and maintaining test documentation and QA artifacts.
- Hands-on experience with defect tracking and management tools such as Jira.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Domain experience in Banking and FinTech.
- Exposure to test management tools and QA best practices.
- Understanding of API workflows and data validation techniques.
