Candidate Requirements (Mid-Level Full Stack Developer)

• 47 years of hands-on experience building and supporting production web applications as a full

stack developer

• Strong programming experience in Java (preferred) and familiarity with Spring / Spring Boot

frameworks; Python at least at basic proficiency

• Experience designing and developing backend services and REST APIs, including

authentication/authorization, error handling, and performance considerations

• Strong hands-on experience with React (TypeScript preferred), including component design,

state management, and consuming APIs

• Strong experience with databases (SQL required; NoSQL a plus), including schema design,

indexing, query optimization, and data modeling

• Interest in AI-enabled product features and comfort integrating external APIs/services; prior

AI/ML experience is a plus

• Working knowledge containerized deployments (Docker)

• Understanding of Agile methodology (Scrum)

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and deliver productionready solutions





Skill Set: Primary:

• Programming Languages: Java (primary), Python (basic proficiency)

• Backend: Java, Spring / Spring Boot, REST APIs, backend architecture, business logic

implementation

• Web Development: React (TypeScript preferred), modern front-end patterns; familiarity with

Flutter/FastAPI is a plus

• Databases: SQL, Postgres, JPA, Hibernate

• AI Engineering (Exposure): LLM app patterns (RAG), embeddings/vector search, AI agents;

experience integrating model APIs is a plus

• Cloud & DevOps: Azure, Docker, basic CI/CD concepts

• Tools & Frameworks: Git; AI frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph (or similar) a plus

Good to have:

• Foundational knowledge of AI/ML concepts (e.g., LLM basics, RAG, embeddings/vector search)

and how they are applied in software products

• Knowledge of microservices architecture

• Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and cloud deployments
