About the Role

We are looking for an experienced MIS Analyst with hands-on experience in Management Reporting, Business Analytics, Dashboard Development, and Data Analysis. The ideal candidate should have expertise in preparing MIS reports, automating reports, developing dashboards, analysing large datasets, and providing actionable insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc MIS reports.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports using Advanced Excel and Power BI.
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, business insights, and performance indicators.
- Create automated reports to improve reporting efficiency.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
- Validate data accuracy and ensure report integrity.
- Prepare KPI reports, scorecards, and executive summaries.
- Work closely with business teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
- Support business planning through reporting and performance analysis.




- Identify opportunities for reporting automation and process improvement.
- Maintain reporting documentation and ensure timely delivery of reports.

Hands-on experience with one or more of the following is preferred:

- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Power BI
- SQL
- Tableau
- Google Sheets

Experience with other reporting or business intelligence tools will also be considered.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3-8 years of experience in MIS Reporting, Business Reporting, Data Analysis, or Management Information Systems.
- Robust analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Google Sheets.
