Role Summary

The Lead - Finance will drive financial governance, revenue integrity, and operational control across our broadband business. Positioned at the strategic intersection of the Finance and Billing Team , this role ensures zero revenue leakage, error-free product rollouts, accurate project-level profitability reporting, and actionable executive decision support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Cycle Governance & Leakage Management

- End-to-End Cycle Monitoring: Continuously monitor end-to-end revenue cycles to identify leakage and billing error.
- System Discrepancy Audits: Investigate anomalies, unbilled activity, and discrepancies in CRM/BRM

2. Commercial Control & Current Product Governance

- Launch Assurance: Collaborate with Product, Billing, and IT teams during new product launches, tariffs, and bundle offerings and billing setups are error-free before go-live.

3. Financial Performance, P&L; & MIS Reporting

- Project P&Ls;:



Prepare, analyze, and track monthly P&Ls; for new projects, expansion zones.
- Business MIS & Dashboards: Prepare monthly Business MIS, balance sheet/revenue schedules, and executive dashboards tracking core metrics (ARPU, Churn & VAS).
- Variance & Financial Insights: Conduct detailed variance analyses comparing actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts for management review.

Candidate Qualifications & Profile

Education & Experience

- Education:B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in Commercial Finance or Revenue Assurance.

Technical Skills & Domain Knowledge

- Data & Analytics: Advanced proficiency in MS Office for querying large telecom usage databases .
