AR Caller (Junior & Mid-Level)

Job Description

Hyprtask is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Junior and Mid-Level AR Callers to join our growing US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. In this role, you will be responsible for following up with insurance companies on outstanding claims, resolving claim-related issues, and ensuring timely reimbursement for healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding claims and unpaid balances.
- Verify claim status and accurately document updates in the system.
- Analyze denied, rejected, or underpaid claims and take appropriate action for resolution.
- Escalate complex claim issues when required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, claim updates, and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely claim resolution.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets established by the organization.
- Adhere to company policies, HIPAA guidelines, confidentiality, and data security standards.





Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1 - 5 years of experience in US Healthcare Accounts Receivable (AR Calling). Freshers are welcome to apply for Junior-level positions.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work night shifts.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes.
- Understanding of insurance claim follow-up, denials management, and payment posting is an advantage.
- Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
