The Head of India Payroll Delivery will be responsible for leading end-to-end payroll operations and service delivery for India payroll clients, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, client satisfaction, scalability, and transformation of payroll delivery processes.
The role will own delivery P&L;, client governance, operational efficiency, team capability development, automation adoption, and service quality. This role is critical in building a best-in-class India payroll delivery organization capable of supporting enterprise customers with accuracy, compliance, and superior customer experience.
Job Requirements :
- 12-20 years of experience in payroll operations, compliance management, or related field.
- Proven track record in managing teams and leading projects from initiation to completion.
- Robust understanding of payroll processes, including tax calculations, deductions, and reporting requirements.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
