- Minimum 1.5 years of recruitment experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer follow-up.
- Good understanding of IT hiring requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced hiring environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen and shortlist profiles based on client requirements.
