Summary: As a Risk and Compliance Representative, a typical day involves supporting the delivery of services by ensuring quality and managing risks effectively. The role includes fostering a culture of compliance by promoting awareness of relevant policies and procedures. This position requires active engagement with various stakeholders to maintain adherence to established standards and contribute to the overall integrity of organizational processes. The individual will continuously monitor and support initiatives that enhance compliance and risk management practices within the service delivery framework. MUST HAVE: Good understanding of IRM / GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) concepts Working knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB Solid Scripting knowledge and Experience in automation of compliance workflows Familiarity with compliance frameworks (like NIST, SOX, CRI CCF etc.) GOOD TO HAVE: Good understanding of cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) Basic to intermediate knowledge of application architecture and dependencies

- Experience in developing and implementing risk management frameworks and controls.

- Excellent communication skills to articulate risk and compliance issues clearly to diverse audiences.
- Capability to collaborate with multiple teams and influence decision-making processes.
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Integrated Security Risk Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
