About this Role

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join the Data & Analytics function in India. This role is ideal for an individual with strong experience in data analysis, data warehousing, SQL, requirements engineering, data profiling and gap analysis. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand business challenges, define data and reporting requirements, design technical solutions and support successful delivery. Experience within a telecommunications environment and Agile delivery frameworks is highly valued.

What you will do

- Act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams by translating business requirements into clear technical requirements.
- Understand problem statements, perform gap analysis and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Support end-to-end solution ownership from requirements gathering through to delivery.
- Conduct data analysis, data profiling and validation to assess data capabilities and reporting requirements.
- Produce clear, accurate and comprehensive business and functional requirement documentation.




- Provide technical guidance and requirements clarity to development teams to support solution implementation.
- Work with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and drive delivery outcomes.
- Contribute to project planning, estimation activities and prioritization of requirements.
- Collaborate within Agile environments, including SAFe-based delivery frameworks where applicable.
- Ensure assigned deliverables are completed accurately and meet stakeholder expectations.
- Who you are

- Strong experience in data analysis, SQL, data warehousing, data profiling and requirement elicitation.
- Good understanding of business analysis lifecycle activities and best practices.
- Working knowledge of databases and platforms such as Oracle, Teradata and BigQuery.
- Exposure to data modelling concepts and Data & Analytics programmes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Knowledge of ETL concepts and data warehouse fundamentals.
- Experience in requirements engineering, including challenge and validation of data and reporting requirements.
- Understanding of telecommunications business processes and analytics environments.
- Experience working within Agile delivery teams, preferably using SAFe methodology.
