About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and research-driven Research Analyst to join our Research & Strategy team. The selected candidate will work on national-scale digital public infrastructure (DPI), public policy, and GovTech initiatives under the Samruddhi Bharat Abhiyan (SBA).

The role involves researching government schemes, ministries, policies, digital platforms, citizen challenges, international best practices, emerging technologies, and implementation frameworks. The analyst will transform research into actionable recommendations, product requirements, policy documents, implementation strategies, and evidence-based reports supporting four integrated digital platforms covering Health, Tourism, Agriculture, and Sanitation.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed research on Government of India schemes, ministries, missions, policies, and regulations.
- Study existing government digital platforms and identify operational gaps, adoption challenges, and improvement opportunities.
- Perform market research, competitor analysis, benchmarking, and international best-practice studies.
- Research citizen problems, service delivery challenges, and digital adoption barriers.
- Prepare detailed research reports, white papers, policy briefs, DPR inputs, and business reports.
- Translate research findings into Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and implementation frameworks.
- Work closely with product, design, and technology teams to define user journeys, workflows,



and feature specifications.
- Analyze government reports, CAG reports, committee reports, NITI Aayog publications, ministry documents, and official datasets.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research using reliable data sources.
- Prepare presentations and documentation for internal stakeholders and government engagements.
- Validate facts, statistics, references, and policy information from authentic sources.
- Assist in developing scalable digital public infrastructure solutions across Health, Tourism, Agriculture, and Sanitation.

Your work will directly support research-driven feature design, implementation planning, policy recommendations, user journey development, and ecosystem integration for these initiatives.
