- Strong in Java/JEE and REST & microservices (backend)
- Strong in JS frameworks, especially Vue.js (frontend)
- Solid design patterns, SQL/PL-SQL, performance tuning
- Hands-on building custom GenAI agents and integrating LLMs into production
- Efficient use of GenAI tools (GitHub Copilot, etc.) and prompt engineering
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
