Role & responsibilities :
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to joining.
- Understand manpower requirements and job descriptions from Hiring Managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment consultants, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial discussions with shortlisted candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with Hiring Managers.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate salary discussions, offer releases, and joining formalities.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
Experience in hiring for shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, or related industries will be preferred
