About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Record-to-Report (R2R) Specialist / Analyst with hands-on experience managing Global R2R Operations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in General Ledger Accounting, Journal Entries, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Fixed Assets, Intercompany Accounting, Bank Reconciliations, Financial Reporting, and Month-End Close, while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) activities for global clients/entities.
- Prepare and post Journal Entries, Accruals, Prepayments, and Accounting Adjustments.
- Perform General Ledger and Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
- Manage Fixed Asset Accounting, depreciation, capitalization, and reconciliations.
- Support Intercompany Accounting and intercompany reconciliations.
- Perform Bank Reconciliations and investigate reconciling items.
- Support Month-End, Quarter-End, and Year-End Close activities.
- Prepare financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentation.
- Review trial balances and investigate accounting variances.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
- Maintain complete documentation and provide support for internal and external audits.




- Identify opportunities to improve R2R processes, reporting, and automation.

Key Software

Hands-on experience with one or more of the following is preferred:

- QuickBooks
- Xero
- Sage
- SAP
- Oracle
- BlackLine

Experience with other ERP or financial reporting systems will also be considered.

Qualifications & Skills

- Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Chartered Accountants or candidates pursuing/progressing toward CA will be preferred.
- 38 years of experience in Record-to-Report (R2R), General Ledger Accounting, Global Finance Operations, or Shared Services.
- Experience supporting multinational finance operations preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
