We are looking for a skilled and motivated Network Engineer to join our IT team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing network infrastructure to ensure seamless operations and security.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Support implementation and maintenance of LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and firewall infrastructure
- Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless devices
- Monitor network performance, uptime, and system health
- Troubleshoot network issues related to routing, switching, connectivity, and security
- Perform regular upgrades, patches, and system maintenance
- Implement and manage security configurations (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS)
- Follow change and configuration management processes
- Monitor bandwidth and capacity utilization
- Maintain network documentation and diagrams
- Liaise with vendors, ISPs, and internal teams for issue resolution
- Assist in network upgrades, migrations, and projects




- Ensure compliance with IT and security policies

Candidate Profile:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in network administration
- Solid understanding of networking protocols: TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF, BGP, STP, QoS
- Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory
- Hands-on experience with firewalls (Cisco ASA/FTD, Palo Alto, Fortinet)
- Familiarity with tools like Wireshark, PRTG, SolarWinds
- Knowledge of VPN and network security practices
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good communication and documentation ability
- Certification preferred: CCNA or equivalent

Preferred Skills:

- Exposure to Cisco Umbrella or proxy/web security solutions
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools
- Basic cybersecurity and incident response knowledge
