Role Objective

The Beauty Consultant is responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience while representing the heritage and values of Forest Essentials. The role involves understanding customer needs, recommending personalized skincare and wellness solutions, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the highest standards of store presentation and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

- Deliver a premium and personalized shopping experience to every customer.
- Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional service and product recommendations.
- Understand customers' skincare concerns and recommend suitable Ayurvedic skincare, haircare, body care, and wellness products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and consultations.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.

Sales & Business Performance

- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Drive sales through effective product knowledge and cross-selling/up-selling.
- Maximize Average Transaction Value (ATV) and Units Per Transaction (UPT).
- Promote seasonal collections, new launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Build repeat business through clienteling and customer engagement.

Product Knowledge

- Develop in-depth knowledge of Forest Essentials' products, ingredients, Ayurvedic philosophy, and brand heritage.
- Stay updated on new product launches and promotions.
- Educate customers on product usage, benefits, and skincare routines.

Store Operations

- Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the store.
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked and products are displayed according to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Assist in stock replenishment and inventory management.
- Support billing, cash handling, and POS operations when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.

Inventory Management





- Monitor stock availability and report low-stock items.
- Participate in stock counts and inventory audits.
- Ensure products are stored properly and monitor expiry dates where applicable.

Team Collaboration

- Work closely with the Store Manager and Senior Beauty Consultants to achieve store objectives.
- Participate in daily briefings, product training sessions, and team meetings.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 15 years of experience in beauty, cosmetics, luxury retail, skincare, wellness, hospitality, or premium customer service.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for beauty retail may also be considered.
