- Sustaining Donor Recruitment: Cultivate relationships with prospective backers and facilitate the registration process for long-term, monthly giving programs.
- Goal Delivery: Maintained a strong focus on KPIs, consistently fulfilling individual daily and weekly targets for supporter acquisition.
- Reputation Management: Act as an ethical and enthusiastic ambassador, ensuring all public interactions elevate the organization's corporate identity and values.




- Education: Graduate in any discipline (candidates with a background or interest in communication, social work, or humanities are welcome).
- Experience: 0-1 year of experience. Freshers with outstanding communication skills and a fire to learn are highly encouraged to apply!
