Job Title: D2C Ecommerce Website & Operations Senior Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive D2C Ecommerce Website & Operations Manager who can independently manage our ecommerce business. The ideal candidate will handle website operations, product catalog management, order management, promotions, performance marketing coordination, customer experience, and overall ecommerce growth.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management

- Manage complete D2C website operations.
- Ensure website performance, uptime, speed, and smooth user experience.
- Coordinate with developers for website updates and improvements.
- Create landing pages and promotional campaigns.

Product Catalog Management

- Upload new products with complete details.
- Manage product listings, pricing, images, descriptions, variants, and inventory.
- Maintain product collections and categories.

Order Management

- Monitor daily order flow.
- Coordinate with warehouse for timely fulfillment.
- Resolve order-related issues.
- Handle cancellations, refunds, and returns.

Ecommerce Operations

- Manage inventory synchronization.
- Coordinate with logistics partners.
- Monitor payment gateway performance.
- Ensure smooth customer journey from order placement to delivery.

Marketing Coordination

- Coordinate with Meta Ads and Google Ads agencies/freelancers.
- Execute website banners, offers, coupons, and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage email marketing, WhatsApp marketing,



and customer engagement campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and optimize website conversions.

Analytics & Reporting

- Monitor website traffic and conversion rate.
- Prepare sales, marketing, and performance reports.
- Analyze customer behavior and recommend improvements.

Customer Experience

- Improve website usability and customer journey.
- Coordinate with customer support for issue resolution.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of D2C Ecommerce business.
- Experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms.
- Product catalog management.
- Order and inventory management.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
- Basic SEO knowledge.
- Excel and reporting skills.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Ecommerce, Business, or related field.

Experience

- 36 years of experience managing D2C ecommerce websites.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and ecommerce operations is preferred.
