- Operate and maintain MS Pack and China make pillow pack packaging machines.
- Set up machines and perform product changeovers as per production requirements.
- Monitor and maintain nitrogen flushing systems to ensure proper package integrity and product shelf life.
- Troubleshoot issues related to sealing, film tracking, sensors, pneumatics, coding systems, and nitrogen purging.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and support breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure packaging quality, seal integrity, coding accuracy, and adherence to production standards.
- Minimize machine downtime, packaging defects, and material wastage.
- Follow GMP, Food Safety, HACCP, and company safety requirements.
- Maintain machine logs, breakdown records, and production reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
