Job Description

We are seeking a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer management and onboarding. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, maintaining talent pipelines, coordinating interviews, tracking recruitment metrics, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Manage offer rollouts and candidate onboarding.
- Maintain ATS and recruitment reports.




- Build talent pipelines and support employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

- Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Experience in BPO, Shared Services, or Contact Center hiring preferred.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
