Job Summary

Lenskart is looking for a customer-focused Senior Sales Associate to drive in-store sales, deliver exceptional customer experience, and support daily retail operations. The ideal candidate should have robust sales skills, excellent English communication, and experience in retail or customer-facing sales roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and understand their vision and eyewear needs

- Recommend suitable eyewear products, lenses, and accessories

- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets

- Provide accurate product information and explain offers/promotions

- Handle billing, cash management, and POS operations

- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards

- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally

- Support junior staff and assist the Store Manager when required





- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline

- Excellent English communication skills (spoken)

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

- Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends

- Basic computer knowledge

Preferred Skills

- Experience in eyewear, fashion retail, or lifestyle brands, Hotel Management, customer service, Guest relations

- Knowledge of upselling and cross-selling techniques

- Ability to handle high footfall and fast-paced environments
