Telecom BA OSS/BSS and Customer OperationsRole objectiveProvide telecom domain expertise throughout solution design, development, integration, testing and deployment, ensuring the product accurately reflects telecom workflows and business requirements.
Key responsibilities

- Translate telecom business needs into workflows and user stories
- Guide OSS/BSS, billing, customer care, order management, and service assurance requirements
- Define business rules, exceptions, data mappings, and integrations
- Create telecom-specific test cases and support UAT
- Coordinate with customer business, operations, and IT teams
- Support pilot rollout and production deployment

Required experience

- 8–15 years of experience in the telecom industry.
- Hands-on experience in at least two areas such as OSS/BSS, customer care, billing, order management, service activation, NOC, service assurance or field operations.
- Experience working on telecom transformation or software implementation projects.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.
- Experience preparing functional documents, process maps, test cases and UAT plans.
