Role & responsibilities
- Client Calling Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce projects, and generate qualified leads.
- Project Explanation Clearly articulate project features, advantages, pricing, and timelines to clients in an engaging manner.
- Lead Management Track and update client interactions in CRM systems, ensuring timely followups and conversions.
- Persuasion & Conversion Influence client decisions through effective communication, addressing queries, and overcoming objections.
- Coordination with Sales Team Work closely with sales managers to schedule site visits, client meetings, and deal closures.
- Reporting Prepare daily/weekly reports on outreach activities, lead status, and conversion metrics.
