- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for volume hiring requirements from BFSI clients.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate profiles, and make recommendations for top talent to fill open positions.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates that meet client expectations.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or BFSI recruitment.
- Solid understanding of the banking industry's regulatory landscape and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
